1. US MARKET STATUS ENERGYMAX GROUP LLC (the “Company”) is a newly established entity in the United States. While our brand and products have been successfully operating in the European and international markets for over 4 years, the U.S. division is in its launch phase. Therefore, the Company does not yet have sufficient statistical data to provide a detailed, historical Income Disclosure Statement specifically for the U.S. market (such as average earnings per rank or percentage of active distributors). 

2. NO INCOME GUARANTEES Any income illustrations, success stories, or examples from our European operations presented in marketing materials, social media, or presentations are for educational and demonstrative purposes only. They reflect results achieved in a different market environment and are not a guarantee that U.S. Partners will achieve similar results. 

3. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER The success of an Independent Partner depends entirely on their individual effort, dedication, sales skills, and leadership abilities.

 ● Most Partners in network marketing programs may not earn a significant income.

 ● Some Partners may earn no money at all. 

● Participation in the Compensation Plan is optional; no product purchase is required to earn commissions (sales can be generated via retail customer links). 

4. FUTURE UPDATES As the U.S. division matures and accumulates financial data, the Company will publish an updated Income Disclosure Statement reflecting the actual average earnings of its U.S. Independent Partners.
