POLICIES & PROCEDURES 

SECTION 1: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS Partners are independent contractors, not employees of ENERGYMAX GROUP LLC. You are responsible for your own business expenses and taxes. 

SECTION 2: BECOMING A PARTNER To become a Partner, an applicant must: 

1. Be of legal age in their jurisdiction. 

2. Submit a complete Partner Application. 

3. Accept the Distributor Agreement. 

SECTION 3: SPONSORSHIP & LEADS Applicants who contact the Company directly for registration or register through the corporate website without a specific Sponsor's referral link will be automatically assigned to the Company Corporate Account or to a Sponsor determined by the Company at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to distribute these leads among qualified leaders or retain them within the corporate structure. 

SECTION 4: INCOME CLAIMS Partners are strictly prohibited from making false or misleading income projections. 

● Do not display copies of checks or commission statements. 

● Do not guarantee any specific level of income. 

● Always use the Company’s official Income Disclosure Statement. 

SECTION 5: PRODUCT CLAIMS Partners may only use official marketing materials approved by the Company. Partners must not make medical claims that the products can cure or treat any disease.
